Join us for a memorable day on the greens at the annual CHREF Golf Tournament, hosted at the beautiful Colorado National Golf Club. The event will be September 11th with registration starting at 7:00 am.  Whether you’re swinging for glory or just out for a good time, this event promises friendly competition, great food, exciting prizes, and plenty of networking opportunities.

Located just 20 minutes north of Denver, and minutes from Boulder, Colorado National Golf Club is the premier public golf course on the front range.  The golf course is spaced over 232 acres of land with strategically placed bunkers and lakes, and only 2 holes that run alongside each other. The elevation changes, water features, and mountain views of Long’s Peak and Mount Meeker provide the golfer with a wonderful tranquil experience.

The CHREF golf tournament provides critical financial support for horticulture research at Colorado State University and scholarships for college students who are seeking an education and career in horticulture. CHREF actively engages in supporting horticulture at the High School and Community College level.  We invite you to enjoy a memorable, out-of-office experience and support this worthy cause. 

CHREF plays a lead role in developing new leaders and applied science for the nursery & greenhouse industry. Since the mid 80’s, CHREF has contributed in excess of $300,000 to research and as well as another $300,000+ to scholarships. Why not get away for a day and play golf with your fellow members to help strengthen CHREF!

Registration includes breakfast burrito, green fees, golf cart (for 2), range balls, drink ticket, live scoring, and BBQ lunch/awards after play has finished.
